As a young talent, I could win games on my own, but winning championships require teamwork and tactics. My sports career inspired me to pursue an MBA in strategic management and organizational development. As a manager at various organizations, I achieved outstanding business results by focusing on people and culture. Co-founding an international startup further expanded my knowledge in general management, fundraising, strategic partnerships, and operations.
